  Always friendly. Professional. Helpful. Just wish they never would have done away with the old online deposit. Especially good for a business depositing multiple checks. Credited immediately, then just drop the checks in the postage paid envelope . Just had to make sure it was rec'd within 10 business days. No need to drive to a branch.

At that time, we added mobile deposits through our mobile app so that Members can deposit checks from home 24/7. Call us if you need more information.

  I've been with this bank for the past 28 years, and it has only gotten worse time and time again. The interest rate is terrible, there is a monthly fee if you do not use your debit card often enough and with every new update I become more infuriated. My password is never secure enough, then I had to reset all my security info and as usual password, now my username changed without my consent, password again is not secure enough and lastly the link to my billing account was severed so now I have to hunt for a 3by5 card that I haven't seen in years. Forgive my ranting but every time they 'update' I have to redo everything over again and I refuse to deal with them any longer. If this bank were a year, it would be 2020.

  I love this credit union,but they need to work on 2 days early direct deposit it’s 2021 no way I should have to wait to get my money that’s available in my account , and why isn’t there an option to overdraft an account ??? And they pick and choose who gets loans very unfair

  Thanks for taking the time to post a review. - Federal rules dictate that financial institutions are required to post transactions according to the effective entry date. If a member sees a pending notice, it means the institution has not received the funds for deposit yet. - Overdraft is an option we offer. Thanks again for your input.

  Wow if there was a 0 star option, I would’ve chose it. Worst Auto Loan to finance with. I am currently wish them and UGH I WISH I CAN WISH FINANCING COMPANIES!!!! They have the worst customer service, can never comprise with the consumer for the mistakes that they made on their end. Had a credit towards my account, called to verify the credit, and was told it was applied. Now I call regarding my account, and they state that the credit was an error. Wow, okay no call for that? Okay. And oh Michael in the late fee department? THE WORST! Try to flip situations on the consumer’s end for issues on the department’s end. Never want to admit to their wrongdoings, mistakes and try an effort to communicate. All they want is your money and THATS IT! Never bank or finance with PA CENTRAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!

  Bad customer service. I prefer to do my banking online, but their website is lacking in what they allow the consumer to have access to. I called in to obtain a lien release form, left 2 messages. No call back. Called in the 3rd time, on hold for 10+ minutes. Apparently only 1 person in the entire bank knows how to generate this type of form. I will definitely not pursue another auto loan with this bank.

  This bank is the worst bank to have an Auto Loan from. Their Reps especially "Karen" is never available to speak with clients. Moreover, they are NOT flexible with payments. For instance they withdrew payment from my account as early as the 24th when actually it was due on the 29th. They're the WORST!

  If I could give this credit union a 0 rating I would. The customer service is beyond horrible and their business practices are very questionable!!!! If anyone has a complaint I beg you to file a complaint with the National Credit Union Administration. You can look their information up on line. This is one financial institution that needs to be closed!!!

  I’ve been a member for 20+ years. It’s a small credit union with a few branches. The employees are all great and give awesome customer service every time!
