First National Bank Reviews

Emily Smith1I miss Metro. FNB has always been the worst. I'm officially done and closing out my account. What's her name Savannah never does her job. My husband had fraudulent activity on his account so she said she would cancel the card and send a new one.. 3 weeks later I call to see why we havent received it and turns out the order was never placed. Also I had a an account for 14 years. There were unauthorized purchases that caused overdraft fees which I had to pay. She never gave me the fees back when she said she would and then it sat with a 0 balance for a month because I didnt have a new card and she closed it out because there was no activity. Crazy. Officially transferring over to MEMBERS 1ST. Go there if you're looking for a trusted bank.

Bash Armstrong1Horrible experiences with this bank, I truly want to close it and take my direct deposit else where, however I have had the account for so long I do not want to change my account number. The one star they made me put does not even count. First you change the hours which do not help the 8-5 worker, then you tell me that you can reissue me a card with same numbers, I go to Jamaica and the rep never told me my card would be disabled. Not only was my card not working, all my bills received late fees due to my card being disabled, then my new card was not sent and to top it of had to receive a new card with a brand new number which I did want. Not to mention my card was declined at a gas station when I was a least a hour away from my home city and I literally did not have any funds available to me. I contact the bank they say no worries we will expedite you a card, you will receive a fee that we will go back and waive. I pleasantly call to get the fee waive after 5 days of it being on my account. I am being told I need to call this place and come into the bank, because the manager is the only one who can do it. Why would I have to do anything when I did not cause any of this mess. I would just kept my card with the small crack in it. Then "Aubrey" and "Bryce" started getting snappy on the phone, as in politely being rude. Telling me what I need to do, instead of saying, hey we can speak to the rep and our manager and get back to you about the expedited fee of $50.00 which is insane. My days are truly running thin with First National Bank, Commerce was GREAT, Metro was good, First National has been the worst next to the old Wachovia Bank.

Melina Amparo1They constantly lie and say that you are depositing less than what you really are. That is the way they steal your money. They also move the way your transactions get charged to they can charge you more on overdraft fees. Do not make an account with them.

Maria Spallino1Rude staff (doesn't even make eye contact). Why so miserable? You're customer-facing in case you forgot. Do not recommend unless you're using the ATM.
