  Couldn't apply for a loan due to temporary address however you still ran my credit and put a hard inquiry on my report!? Bad for business. BBB will hear about this....

  I was lied to. High pressure to purchase auto insurance. I was really confused. Then I was told, not asked if I wanted insurance protection. Forced to pay additional $270. Plus $76. ??? Why would I have to pay insurance protection and life insurance? I spent over 2 hours in a room mostly by myself. This was a massive rip off and was taken advantage of. Forcing me to buy services the person who helped me tried numerous times to get me to buy the auto insurance. I had to say no more than 3 times. I have looked over the paperwork when I got home. Not once was I told the additional services they added to the loan were optional. Forced to purchase services. Shame. I am so disappointed and will never use this company again period. The loan amount I was getting was one number and when I looked at the paperwork that had been conveniently enclosed in an envelope. The loan amount had a different total by over $300. Deceitful process.

  awesome to do business with when you need some extra cash, no matter what the reason, mariner will always be there for you. when others say no, mariner says yes. they make your christmas wishes and dreams come true kimberly was great

  Kimberly was amazing! She explained everything and was able to answer all of my questions. I loved the speed and responsiveness during the process. The other staff members were al very courteous, kind and helpful too.

  The loan was finalized very quickly. They told me the funds would be in my in 24 - 72 hours. The funds were available in 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Mariner to a friend.
