We also were able to drop out interest rate 2% so the jump in payment wasn't as much as you'd expect. The process was made nearly effortless and we closed. What a relief! We would recommend P1FCU to anyone looking to refi or finance their home.

Doug Landwehr1Extremely poor phone system!!!. Cannot reach a real person. 3 times have waited on line for next available representative. Each time their system hangs up after I've waited 15 - 20. Have waited over an hour to talk with someone.
