Jaime1My husband recommended me and at first I was happy. But then i realized they were stealing from me by charging me extra fees. For example I do have the go negative option and I understand it charges 25 per transaction. . However when I know I was at the beverage barn before the account when negative and then I went to Walmart and actually put my account negative they were charging me double fees . And they cover their tracks bu not posting the time with the ACTUAL transaction. When I have proof with receipts. They've stolen over 100 in fees because of this.

Mike Reda1MACU has truly gone downhill in the last few years. I recommended my partner to apply for a loan there since I got multiple loans through them, and this has been a complete nightmare of an experience for her. The loan process has been absolutely awful for her and no one at the loan service center seems to care one bit. She has been approved yet had to jump through multiple hoops and has had to constantly follow up /herself/ to get the process constantly moving. It has now been 24 hours since she was supposed to receive the loan agreement paperwork to sign, and nothing has been sent to her. Time has been crucial as the vehicle she has been trying to apply for might be gone soon, which has been stressed multiple times to the agents, to no avail. The total time since she applied for a loan has been over one week now (due to the incompetence of the employees handling her loan), which is absolutely awful turnaround time. I do NOT recommend to apply for loans here anymore. This is so unfortunate, as I really thought MACU was one of the best. Other credit unions could finish up and have all documents processed within 24 hours for a loan.

Amanda Chambers5I absolutely love this bank. We live an hour and 15 mins away from this bank. But I moved everything here instead of out local back because they are are a wonderful bunch of people. They are always helpful. Easy to get a car loan through them. Great rates. And they have an awesome mobile app which is extremely important to us. We can mobile deposit everything. And there is no hassles with small limits to your mobile deposit. It is also deposited right away. The only thing I do not like is when you do bill pay it takes a day or two to come out of your banking account, unlike Chase who shows it taken out of your account right away. That is the only thing I would change about this bank. I love it.

Samuel Pigott1I have a simple question that can be very easily resolved by speaking to a real person. I do not want to talk to your robot, I don’t need basic services, I just need to talk to a real person. It is PATHETIC that I cannot simply talk to a person over the phone.

Karen Williams5Armeen (spl?) Is well versed in the Credit Union polices and procedures. I so appreciate his help in clearing a check written to me. Even tho he was not able to accomplish the transactions in total he reassured me that I would only have to wait a couple of days and all transactions could be concluded. I enjoy visiting with the nice folks at our branch in Post Falls. Thank you

Jaxon Simonson5Just recently was approved for a loan from MACU and there was an issue with my paperwork when applying for the loan. Lauren Swoboda from the Post Falls branch fixed my problem and had me the paperwork to sign in less than a business day! She was very helpful and polite when dealing with the problem. Will definitely be asking for her by name if I ever need help in the future!
