  Highly recommend Oxmoor Toyota. I am happy to see that there are still some honest car dealers! Sales rep was friendly and helpful. Everyone was straight forward, no games or bait and switch tactics. Gave me a fair offer for my car and a great price on a new car. J. Y. and Jordan were great to work with.

  Buying my car was not as smooth as it schould have been. Our salesman was great but the finance department was not forward with what we are signing or that they where adding extra charges. Not sure if i will be back to buy another car.

  Andrew was fantastic, I knew what I wanted and he was very knowledgeable sharing the various options and taking the time to answer any questions I had. Receptionist to sales to financing, everyone was very friendly and made it a very positive and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Oxmoor Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car!

  We were looking for a hassle-free buying experience, and we found it at Oxmoor Toyota. Cory was extremely helpful, transparent, and down to earth. We didn't feel pressure to buy a car out of our price range. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, positive, and professional.   My experience Friday was good. We researched my car Corolla prior to our visit so we knew what we wanted and I was ready to purchase. Our buying experience was smooth. I was disappointed as the car was given to us to take home with a 1/4 tank of gas. The car was clean but honestly they could have done a better job detailing it. We were also not given any info/instructions on any of the features of the car. We were told more about the PULSE feature which we did not want more than any other feature on the car. I still don't have my phone hooked up and not sure if/how I get Sirius XM.

  I just bought our Ford Explorer Evan the General manager was very helpful and did a great job helping us get the car we really wanted Yara K the Financing department very helpful with helping me find the right and great opportunity for me amazing experience while shopping for a car here.   We had a great experience purchasing our 2020 Highlander from Josh and Oxmoor Toyota. We met with several departments during the sales process. Rachel the customer care rep did great job setting up our phones to connect with the car and showing the tech side of the Highlander.

  Allen was our car sale representative at the Oxmoor Toyota dealership. He single-handedly made our car buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Allen and the Oxmoor Toyota dealership to any of my friends and family. However, I did not enjoy our experience with the finance representative. The final signings and various other options were not fully explained. I do believe the gentleman was attempting to hurry the deal along without professionally explaining anything in detail.

  Had a good experience buying a car from here back in June, with few exceptions. - The intern that showed us the car and let us drive it was pleasant and not pushy at all, but he was also not well informed about the car. - The sales person I haggled with was lenient, and met my asking price almost exactly. - The car still runs well and has had no issues since we bought it. My biggest grievance was with the finance team, which was mostly handled by one of their interns. I understand that he needed to learn the process, but they kept pushing for a warranty option on this car which was already well under $10K in price and would have costed 1/4 the price of the car. This was not meant to be a serious purchase as I was just buying a temporary car for my sister. Also, the finance department's perfume/cologne smell was overpowering and my mom who has a chemical sensitivity was already damn near suffocating, so I was trying to intimate my eagerness to finish the process and move on, but they didn't seem to take the hint. This has hurt their chances at getting me to take their finance department seriously if I ever choose to buy a more expensive car from them. Other than financing, the rest of the dealership was fine.
