      Took my moms keyphob in to replace a battery and they broke her keyphob and didn’t even have the courtesy to say anything. I found out when I got in the car after in their parking lot and it came apart in the ignition. However, they are much better about Takata recall in comparison to oxmoor. Way overpriced for repairs in comparison to my mechanic. Parts seems always willing to wheel and deal if you know what I mean. Overall decent dealership in regards to service and parts if there’s no other option.

      I just went through literally the most uncomfortable and humiliating experience I've ever had while car shopping, at this place Oxmoor Toyota. Thank you to his "professionalism", his rushing, talking loudly from another office asking for my information and questions irrelevant to car buying, Im glad your "salesman" William Moberly got his laughs in while I applied for a vehicle in my current situation. I should've known from when I pulled into the lot by his sloppy, unshaven, unkept look and wrinkled clothes the time I was in for. Oxmoor Toyota will forever have the stain of that little mans reputation all over its name. I'm glad I know his face now also.

      Service - great (positive, upbeat, and fast) Sales - sketchy (they try to sell you insurance when you buy a car, and they force you to sit through it in order to get to the finance guy) I probably would not buy another car from them even though I’m a Toyota fan.

      Brought in my roommates Scion FRS because it threw a bunch of codes and and started running rough. They fixed everything with in two days and there was no charge because it was under warranty. They did NOT offer a loaner car or anything, also he asked for an oil change they didn't do an oil change while they were replacing the ECM, but he took it back the next day and they did it (not free)

      I went to oxmoor for the first time after recently moving to the area. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation only to find that my tires could not be removed because they have locks on them! I had no idea and I obviously didn't have a key... BUT the sweetest technician (I believe his name was Chris) saw that I was frustrated and anxious about driving with unremoveable tires and offered to change the locks for free and right that second! I will be going back in the future. Any place can do an oil change, NOT every place has great service like oxmoor.

      Donna waits on me in the service department. I always get in quickly and my car is serviced promptly. I have never had anything done other than the routine services. Very well pleased.

      Great people & a great place ! (Oxmoor) Very nice,clean,large area for seating while you wait on your car,they also have a machine that you can fix yourself free hot chocolate etc.while you wait. I can't say nothing but great things about Oxmoor Toyato.

      They really acted and seemed like they did all they could to help us out!!!! Don't go to the Dixie highway location. They were rude and acted like we didn't have enough to get Into one of their vehicles. just not trying to work with us. So make sure you go to the oxmore location.
