  This brach is a companion branch its like (on the go bank) thats way the other lines on drive-thru are not open. They are permanently close (Drive-thru) but you can go inside and it takes me not even 2 min to do my transactions. The atm outside you can get 20's up to 1k but the one inside you can get up to 3k and chooce my bills no 50 and 10 dollar bills but that's awesome.

  We've had Chase staff tell us wrong information, multiple times and try to get us to make changes on our account that would have cost us more money for no reason. Not to mention the never ending list of fees they have. I'd reccomend looking into Ally bank or a local one. Me, my wife, friends and family have had nothing but had experiences with Chase.

  Worse place to bank my husband and I have been with chase for 13 years we’ve recently had fraud with target it goes back for years.. after “investigating” our case they decided to say it wasn’t fraud because I admitted to shopping at target as well as the time frame.. funny because they tried to reverse a ton of these funds and could not because of the time frame. And when i noticed it it was within a few hours of the purchase. We’ve reached out numerous because since they reveresed fraud charges that are clearly fraud it over drafted our account 1200 dollars. Keep in mind we have never over drafted. We have gone without food instead of letting our account to over draft. We have been to 4 seperate chase branches one of which is the holiday manner branch and the so called supervisor was so unprofessional she kept rolling her eyes at us and kept cutting us off.. I did a formal complain but no answer, imagine that. Also last night I went to check to see if the account has been closed and it has not instead it was over drafted another 1700 dollars.. can you tell me how that’s even possible because we didn’t even receive those funds? So how are you going to charge someone something that didn’t even receive.. my advice take your money somewhere else you will probably have better luck with fifth third that’s who we are trusting our money with now.. Thanks CHASE for a horrible 13 years. My attorney will be getting in touch. I also want to note that on top of going to different branches I’ve also called a million times finally got an executive branch but now today it has been the same. Our case worker hasn’t called me back. Please please please take your money somewhere else.

  Transfer to any credit union. 1) All your fees are less than half Chase's. 2) Loan rates are with lower interest. 3) Hackers got into my account and took $12,000 which Chase returned a month later. I found out the bigger the bank the more insecure your accounts are because all banks are just as hard to hack into so hackers go after the big banks and leave the little banks alone

  Chase closed the drive through in Lyndon, and now totally closed the closest branch on Westport road. Will be finding a new bank because they obviously don’t care about customers needs.

  Only one atm teller lanes never open slow services just go 3 miles down the road

  This has to be the worst Chase branch I have ever been in. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location.

  There is always something wrong with the ATM. Never fails.
