  If I could give zero stars I would! They don’t even deserve one star! Terrible customer service. Deposits made into wrong accounts several times and bank managers that know NOTHING about banking/loans! Oxford bank is such a joke now!

  If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use the mobile app because the support system and people working it are useless. I was lied to several time by Jennifer. She seemed to have no idea what was going on with my account and could not resolve the issue. I am sitting in the parking lot of Huntington bank to set up a account with them.

  This Bank has breached the confidentiality of local buisness owners , I will no longer Bank with this institution. Absolutely deplorable. Honesty & integrity are no concern of Oxford Bank.

  Exceptional customer service for a brand new client. I am completely blown away by Nancy and Cary’s diligence, handwork and prompt feedback. Time was of the essence and they were quick in answering my questions, contacted me personally and definitely went above and beyond. I felt very much taken care of and would highly recommend Oxford Bank.

  Oxford Bank is not a Quality Home Town bank as it once was in my opinion. Beware! Loan Sharks would be easier to deal with.I've been banking with them for over 35 years and 28 of them with my companies. Its with deep regret that I'm going to have to move on. The bank was a institution that supported the community it serves in and the people who banked there.They have lost my trust and loyalty.
