  We have used OBPC for several years (personal and work properties) and can't say enough good things about them. The office staff is friendly and has an answer to any question; the techs are knowledgeable and professional, taking their time to make sure the job is done right. Always show up promptly and happy to offer their expertise and suggestions for any inquiry I've had. Clearly, they take pride in their work and enjoy taking care of their clients. Best in class for the area.

  Great customer service, very friendly. I called and wasn't sure I wanted to get in to a contract they offered a one time treatment to see how I liked it. I didn't have to pay until after the treatment! Talk about service and standing behind their services. I will definitely use them again. I had them treat for mosquitos and spiders and it did its job!

  Have used Outer Banks Pest Control for years, both at home and my workplace. Always prompt with appointments and they are unmatched in job quality, friendliness and professionalism. Marco was the tech today. He did an awesome job!

  They are so amazing! Always early for their appointment. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL!!   I had a recent interaction with OB Pest Control that involved some miscommunication. When I called to discuss the issue they handled it very quickly and very professionally. They demonstrated the company has integrity and takes pride in doing the right thing. Not sure exactly when I need pest control services, but I know exactly who I will be calling.

  I've been a long time customer but have not written a review...until now. Zach was my technician today and he is typical of OBX Pest Control employees: knowledgeable and professional. He answered questions about spiders, midges and plant infestations, double-checking his answers with his office. His enthusiasm for his job and his employer were obvious. To me, it was just confirmation that my choice of OBX Pest Control was and still is the right one.

  Very thorough, checked under the house to identify what could possibly become a problem. Checked for termites and other infestation. None found, yay! Reasonable pricing, too. We a re doing a quarterly application a d check. Highly recommend these guys.
