PNC Bank Reviews

M V5Looks like a very organized, Professional, & Helpful Bank, from first glance & it turned out to be the case after I opened up an account, & needed some assistance in a personal matter. McCaela was able to help me out, to print out a form that I needed and after I filled it out, to Notarize the form, that I needed, to mail out of state. I moved here recently and did not pack up my printer, so this really helped me out in a big way, very quick. Others at the bank are helpful and Professional too. I would definitely recommend this bank highly. The only thing that I do not like is the check-in procedure, but at least it is a means to be organized, and that is good thing. Thanks again.

Abby Angel3Just like the previous poster stated, PNC took over RBC Centura. It was a major pain with new account numbers and I too noticed all of the RBC staff quickly relocate d to other nearby banks. They do have a big turnover of employees and I've heard past employees say new management is not easy to work with. I did give 3 stars because the tellers are always sweet to me. But as far as getting loans or mortgages I go to other banks.

Sean Hayes1I've been there since 1994 I never have been charged a service fee until pnc bought out rbc centura. They even changed my account number and tried to start me off with a low check number like I just opened a new account. I didn't ask for pnc to buy my bank out and change the way I have done business at MY bank. Even all the old employees went to other banks. It also seems like the tellers don't stay to long now either. I can remember calling the branch manager and speaking directly with him and I was supposed to hear back from him later in the day so I called back at 3 knowing they close at 5 the girl that picked up the phone said he had already left. Great custer service! Left early knowing I was waiting. I look at him every time I go in there and remember this. Lol. Like I said service charge now and poor customer service I wanted to leave this review before move to southern bank like their former employees. Thanks for showing me your Corporate Greed.

Joseph Bakersmith1Someone paid me with a PNC check so went to PNC bank to cash it. PNC wanted me to pay them 2 percent to cash my check. That check was for $5,000 ,PNC bank is insane

Debbie Tierney1So sick of getting out my license every time I come to the bank because they have so much turnover. Why can't they just take your picture like the credit unions, then your face comes up and they know it's you.
