  Our experience has been amazing! Danielle reached out six months ago when we just started looking in the area. She was attentive to what was important to us, and tailored homes to suit our search. We lived out of state and toured homes virtually with her. She supported us every step of the process and we closed on our new home before ever stepping foot into it.   We had a great experience we had with Laurie at Coastal Outer Banks Realty. Not only did she help us find a good deal on our condo, but made the entire experience hassle free. She found exactly what we were looking for (and didn't try to sell us things out of our price range) as well as recommended and coordinated insurance agents and mortgage companies. She also went the extra mile to help with estimates for the renovations that were needed, which was a real help since we are out of town buyers!

Laurie’s knowledge and expertise of the real estate market in general and specifically in the OBX is second to none. Laurie did not only delivered what was expected, but she consistently went above and beyond all of our expectations. As out of state buyers, she was the perfect step-by-step coach.   Recently, Laurie and Coastal Outer Banks Realty helped us find our ideal vacation property. With young kids and hectic schedules, traveling from New England to the Outer Banks was difficult and we had to make the most of our trips.   What can I say? I've purchased and sold several homes over the years, but never did I have such a terrific realtor as Stephanie. Professional, knowledgeable, charming and she really made our search for a new home in OBX a really fun time. She helped my wife and I have a good experience and was straight up about each and every home we considered and gave us great advice on the ones we actually viewed.   I worked with Stephanie a few years ago on locating our first vacation property. She had come recommended from a friend who has worked with her several times in the past. Stephanie showed us many places but ultimately found the ideal location for our family. With 2 small children proximity to the beach was important but so was price. Stephanie landed us in the perfect place and negotiated a great deal on our behalf. Would absolutely recommend her and will use her again in the future if / when needed!
