  I was really impressed with the service I received. I came to OUR Credit Union after someone recommended them and told me they had low rates for auto loans. I applied and was contacted by Reanee, who answered all my questions and was always prompt and friendly. When I got to the credit union to close in person, Matt was really friendly and helped my closing go smoothly and efficiently. Thank you to them both and I would definitely recommend coming here for a loan.

  Website is down and the app doesn't show transactions from credit card making the website absolutely needed..

  Bear, Sorry you had problems logging in to online banking last night. We did not have any reported outages from our website host or our online banking provider but I will ask someone to look into this. If you have problems again, please call or text us at 248-549-3838 and someone can help you.

  Never crowded, fast service, and you are greeted with a warm, friendly smile. I have since introduced other family members to the bank with them. I was approved for an auto loan which had great rates and flexible payment options. Great people!

  I love this credit union! Great service. They deserve all 5 stars! Overall great service with drive through and transactions and they helped my mom with an issue. I feel safe here and I feel respected. I really trust this company. That’s what this place is all about. They care about their members!

  OU OVERDRAFTS YOU CONSTANTLY JUST LIKE A BANK! I highly recommend leaving your bank or OU credit union for Genysis Credit Union. I have never had a problem with them.

  Went in during a terrible time in our lives. Was denied everywhere else. Jeni and the manager whos name i never got made the magic happen and gave us a miracle in such a difficult time. Truly would and always do recommend this branch specifically to everyone i know. Such amazing people.

  Had a rough experience recently but it was cleared up beyond my expectations in less than 24 hours. I appreciate a business that cares enough to fix an issue and make sure their customers are happy.

  They will let you down again and again with their archaic infrastructure. Edit: Lowered my rating from two stars to one star after a continuous pathetic banking experience. No one there can give you a straight answer and you will wait for 10 minutes listening to their constant barrage of advertisements in between every one of those answers. That's if you're lucky enough to have issues during the limited time their open (good luck getting answers from their website that's straight out of the 90's) Switching to Genysis Credit Union after numerous suggestions to do so.
