  We have purchased and/or refinanced 6 or 7 homes not including our most recent closing with Edge Kocak. We have never really had a bad experience but we have never had an experience wherein our loan officer took so much time explaining and walking us through each phase of the process in detail. Here are a list of adjectives that would best describe Edge's commitment to his clients.   This is my 3rd house all 3 times I went with MIMutual and worked with Luke, he is a great guy in general, he treats you like a friend. Helps with any issues that might pop up. He always answers his phone. Makes for a very personable experience. I would/and will be recommending Luke and MIMutual to anyone who is looking.

  If you want something done right the first time, these are the people to work with. Communication and transparency was especially nice. It can be a little overwhelming sometimes. They made it l Simple and easy. I got a new home loan and then refinanced a year later with them. Saved a lot of money in the long run!

  Twenty years selling real estate, I have never found someone more knowledgeable and truly caring as this lender. Most lenders treat you as a number, and Edge is no different. Only difference is, you are always treated as #1 with this guy. If you read this and go with another lender that is your decision, just don't say I didn't warn you... Life is short, by a beach house.
