  My mother and I met with Otto to review her Medicare insurance options. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. He was very informative and thorough. He is a wealth of knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any health insurance needs.

  I've worked with Otto on 2 mortgages now. He was very helpful through the whole process, any questions, concerns he was always there to talk and guide us through the process. Very personal approach to the business. I hope I don't need another refinance anytime soon, but I know if I do, he'll be the one I work with.

  Five stars for Otto Alcon at Geneva Financial! My wife and I spent the last couple months working with Otto in buying our first house. He made the process go as smoothly as can be for first-time home buyers and was truly happy to educate us whenever we had questions (and I had a LOT). He strove to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Otto. I worked with Otto again to refinance my home and again he has exceeded my expectations displaying exceptional customer service. He is very personable which made the experience seem easy and almost fun. Otto is an outstanding communicator and will do his best to make sure everything is on track and moving smoothly.   Otto was the consummate professional through the entire remortgage process. Its not the first time we have worked together, and may not be the last, especially because now that I am retired I can depend on him for insurance matters also.
