  I had Tyler G. assist me with getting my first auto loan as well as always being someone I can call if I have any banking questions. He always remembers who I am and asks how things are going whenever I come in to the bank. I am so glad I have someone like Tyler there to assist me when I need it.

  This is a very warm and comfortable place! I want to thank Shelby in particular for being so kind and patient. Seriously, she stayed more than an hour past closing time to help us work everything out just right, and was so understanding and gracious! (Note: the hour delay was due to complications on our part, definitely not Shelby's!)

  Who says there's no free lunch???? I walk into this beautiful modern building with multiple relaxing lounges , free coffee , tea, cookies, popcorn, ,clean bathrooms, etc,. Where am I? This is where I do my banking? Huh? Yup! But the best part of being a member of CCCU are the people. Abbey, Ella, both Tylers, Donna and the whole team always greet you with a smile and are ready to serve your needs. They are all consistently welcoming, pleasant, courteous and professional with a "member first" can do service attitude. Their rates are great, loans are below market and they are always coming up with great new programs to serve their members and my community. The website is very useful and easy to navigate through. I have been banking for over 40 years and have tried them all. If you want a great banking experience, become a member of CCCU.

  Susan and Tyler helped us out after my other credit union gave us such a hassle. Super friendly. Tyler is always welcoming everytime I come in here, always willing to help.

  I’m disabled and had an issue with an atm deposit. The machine was down. With one quick call David (I do believe) came right out to help. That’s above and beyond and I will always respect that. CCCU is where I send anyone that needs a new financial institution. THANK YOU!

  I’ve been coming to this branch which is actually out of my way than the others just because of the exceptional service and first name basis I’m on with the tellers. They always greet me with a smile and address all my needs. 5 stars to everyone at this branch, I applaud them for their outstanding service.

  I have been banking at Community Choice for as long as they’ve been around! I was so excited when they opened the branch at 23 mile in Shelby Township. Finally one that was closer to me! I don’t have to go into the branch very often but when I do it’s a very personal, five-star experience! They recognize me before I even get to the counter! Not only is a credit union the way to go but at Community Choice you will always receive top-notch service in person or on the phone. I have my personal and commercial accounts with them 💙

  I went to the Shelby branch of CCCU to become a member for my mortgage. Ella, (Marchelle) made me feel welcome and comfortable. She explained everything clearly as I opened a saving account. I wish to show my appreciation by sending CCCU my impression that she is a delight and great employee.
