  People are friendly however, bank cards seem to always give me problems at stores,not online .just stores.

  The workers are nice, but cards and mobile banking seem to always have issues. Mobile banking app takes your account off your phone randomly, I know of a few people who's cards will deny, but will work at the next place they go. Those things are big deals. I hate not being able to see how much is in my account, make transfers for my bills, etc. because the app screws up on a weekend. I loved banking here, but those two things are just ruining it for me.

  I absolutely love doing business at Oswego county federal credit union. They are my go to for auto loans, mortgage, and everything in between. The customer service is amazing. Highly recommend !

  That one that drives the black Cherokee has mental issues she has to be special and park right up near the door everyday so we have to walk. The other staff member are considerate. If she can find any reason to leave for a while during the day out she goes on 2 hr breaks how is this fair to other workers through out the branches . How knows what else this one does when your not looking

  Friendly and helpful staff. Terribly long waits at the drive thru, Don't always pick up their phones. But, they do work well with their customers.
