  Oscar was incredibly communicative, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He was super quick with processing documents and went above and beyond (day and night) to get me approved. As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be overwhelming and stressful, but Oscar's lighthearted and personable demeanor alleviated my worries. Not to mention he is genuine and cares about you as a person, rather than just a means to an end. He takes each unique situation and works literal "lender magic" to get you in your home.
