  Brandon was an absolute delight to work with. We have tried to refinance our house in the past with some of the big mortgage banks aka loan depot, quicken loans etc and they could not get the refi done as I'm a small business owner and file small business tax documents that some of these loan officers were not familiar with.. But Brandon got it done in about a month and is saving me 5 years/$60k on our total loan along with saving us $75/mo on our current mortgage. He's super professional and definitely a master at his trade. Would recommend him to anyone

  Brandon and Legacy were great to work with for our home loan process! Brandon answered all of our questions, even the ones we thought were stupid! He never made us feel stupid or uneducated- if anything, he highlighted the education and questions we had and supported us in growing and learning more! The paperwork process for buying a home is stressful and we felt uncommunicated with by the underwriting team. A better outlined list of needs would have been helpful for us.
