  Went to pawn some old jewelry and found a ring I wanted. They were very helpful and we even got more than expected on the old stuff. They were very nice and would do business there again!

  Used to be my favorite pawn shop... Not anymore. I was just charged $110 extra for being "late" picking up my watch... The law currently says you are supposed to quarantine for 14 days due to Covid19 if you have symptoms or could have been exposed. I tried calling several times to make arrangements and even offered to pay the total $ with my debit over the phone and pick up my watch at a later date and was told I couldn't do that... Hopefully nobody gets sick due to the face to face interaction that was forced by these people.

  Used WhatsApp for an amp buy. Got there and the amp was sold, but these guys did a great job with another amp and discounted it by $10 for the inconvenience. They never stopped apologizing for the sale of the amp, but at the end of the day, I left with what I needed. Thanks GUYS!

  I was able to stop in to the Chandler store on today and I am a very happy woman they made me a super sweet deal on 14 karat gold if you get a chance definitely visit the Chandler store very sweet guys

  Upon arriving, I was greeted with a very friendly smile. Three gentleman focused on me and answered any questions I had candidly. The rest of my experience pawning my bracelet was quick & easy. I got exactly what I asked for with Zero haggling. I was in & out in under 10 mins. The fee is the lowest I've ever seen! Additionally, I had a Hublot watch that was a gift from my Father-In-Law, the guys at the shop inspected it thoroughly, turned out the watch was a fake. I trust these gentleman at this shop more than my Father In-law! Jus Sayin😆... In closing, If ever I'm in a tight spot again, I know where I'll go.

  Its hard to work at a pawnshop. Everyday is different & you never know whats going to come through your doors at any given time. Been doing it for awhile now as a family owned local pawn shop. We just try to turn a bad situation into a better one over here if we can. We truely appreciate each and every customer for think of us and their support. Thank you for your time.
