  This ORNL is one of the best locations that I have ever been to. I worked with two people, Alyse Hixson and Chris Adams, who were absolutely INCREDIBLE in helping me. Not only did they thoroughly explain all of my options but they went above and beyond to help me. I have never felt so appreciated and well taken care of as I was here. I will forever go to this location specifically just for the outstanding service that I received here. Thank you so much to this location for all that you have done for me. I love this bank and am so grateful for people like this who make things so much better and easier for me.

  I have owned and operated a small business for 20 plus years. It is evident to me that the mission statement of this company are well written and clearly adopted at this branch. No more so than by Elizabeth who went out of her way to solve a very frusterating problem for me at the counter this week. I am not even certain I could have solved this problem on my own in weeks without carrying around a wad of cash and she managed it in minutes and was able to issue me a new card on site. What a true asset. Better keep a hold of this girl or I might have a spot for her on my staff. Well done Elizabeth and ORNL! Bryan Johns

  Ruined my credit for paying my loan off early. No late payments. Only paid off the loan several months earlier and now my credit is worse than before I got the loan. Customer service was rude and doesn't care about you or your money, credit or life. Take your business elsewhere. I am.

  While I was on maternity leave my bank account went in the negative well, my car note was due and being that I couldn't transfer the money from my bank account I went into the location inside the FoodCity. I was told I could not make the car payment thus causing me a late fee to pay. They refused my payment and forced me to put it in my bank account. I left to TVA and love them.

  Trying another branch now, but this one is terrible. It took me 4 in-person trips to get them to spell my name/email correctly, and that's with having my ID in front of their faces. The next to last time I told them I was closing the account if it wasn't fixed correctly, and they STILL screwed up. Unbelievable. How can you trust that they would even report the correct amount on a check if they have that little attention to detail? Avoid at all costs.

  I am beyond dissatisfied with the service I received today. I will NEVER use this place again. I simply stopped by because I did not have time to make it to the branch by West Town. Let me tell you I would gladly take/accept and pay a late fee before ever going back to this branch. We'll call her Lady R. She asked for my information with an attitude, walked away and when she returned she slung my ID back at me, pushed the paper towards me and said sign this, swiped my card the slung it my way also. I have never been treated that way at the other branch. I would never recommend this branch to anyone.

  I have had nothing but good experiences. On multiple occasions I have been given financial advice, credit builing tips, and was given a small principle loan to facilitate my attempts to build credit. The only bad experience that I have had was when I was not sent my new debit card with the EMV chip. It was sent to my parents' address, but I was able to cancel the card and get a new one made on the spot for free. Typically it costs $5 to have a new card mailed, and $15 to have one made on site. Every problem that has arisen has been promptly dealt with in my favor. Great Credit Union

  I have never had a better experience with any other bank! The staff are always extremely helpful & very friendly. The manager, Amy, has gone above & beyond & I am going to bank with them as long as possible :)

  My daughter banks with them. She had $3,000.00 dollars in savings and over 500.00 in checking. She worked 2 jobs at the time. She had been in a car accident, one that was not her fault. Her car that was paid for was totaled in the accident, so she needed a new car. They would not give her a loan. Not sure why. So she had to go to a car lot and buy a car that the interest rate was 18% interest. Not good business.

  It's in Food City and opened till 7:00pm, and 5:00pm, on Saturdays. Always good service and so friendly, my favorite branch; so great that they have reopened!
