  This branch greets me like a family member every time I come in. Far exceeds all expectations and I feel appreciated every visit. I love doing business with First Horizon because of its employees. Thanks Denise and Emily for being great tellers and making my visits enjoyable. Sandy and Paul have all the answers I need for my banking questions.

  Bank staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had stopped going to this location but recently needed to open a new account and stopped in. Wow! The staff was so welcoming. I also noticed they are spotlighting local businesses in the lobby.

  The manager and team at this location go out of their way to take care of you. I recently had an issue and they were able to help resolve it quickly. Recommend this location for your banking needs.

  I have been with this bank for over six years and I have never had a problem. I have been in the bank and drive thru and I have never had a problem.

  Went to Hardin Valley branch to deposit some coins. They were in a small bucket but were not rolled. I was told they would have to send the coins "away" and it would be 7-10 business days prior to the deposit. What happened to the so called coin shortage?. Hard to imagine a bank that does not accept cash on the spot. Their procedures are set for THEIR convenience not the customer.

  Let's see. My account was overdrawn negative 4 dollors. I was going deposit fifty dollors in my account I was told that the account was still accepting money into it so I could have my disability check direct deposited into it but I can't now and they won't reopen it and now it's on check system negative 4 dollors. I didn't order checks or bounce checks. I need a second opinion I mean if they didn't want my business they should have told me. I am not pleased with the service

  I went through their drive thru on Hardin Valley and deposited a $100 bill...specifically an older bill because I even thought I hadn't had one of these in a while....they credited my account $10...when I called about it I was told their drawer balanced so I must have been mistaken...I asked about pulling a tape...was again told the drawer balanced...well all you gotta do to balance is keep the $100 and put in a $10...and I was told maybe I went to a different branch....they should be able to look at a tape if necessary....so I'm just out $90....I would never use them again...and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do either ....Closing this account asap

  I tried to close my account on a Friday. The guy told me he'd close it first thing Monday morning. He never did. I have paid HUNDREDS and tried to close my account SEVERAL times because of his forgetfulness. DO NOT USE FIRST TENNESSEE/FIRST HORIZON! Use ANY other bank!!!!!!

  We are new to Tennessee and to First Tennessee Bank. Great helpful people, all the way around. We found a good home!

  I just sat at the drive-through window unnoticed from 10:00 a.m. until 10:05 a.m., although their posted hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. today. Inexcusable!!
