  Worst bank ever, period! The lady ask me if I was depositing to my checking account and I said yes and put a check next to checking account. She said I was giving her attitude, which made me upset cause it seemed like she was more concerned about me rather than doing her job. What made me even more upset is the only words that came out my mouth was “ yes it’s going to checking”. This lady said she was the supervisor and no manager on duty. She wanted to refuse my deposit but did it anyways because she knows she was reacting off emotion and not rational. I would never bank here and will make sure to pass the word around. Also let me not forget the lady tried to steal my money saying the 20 dollar bill didn’t feel right. I ask her to use the marker and she said that the markers to see if bill is real doesn’t work at all. This bank tries to deny customers service and steal money. Please train your employees to deal with different personalities customers have.

  Just came from this branch and from being out of state on vacation what a great experience. The fact that they do shared banking with American heritage was a lifesaver for us. Malik was so friendly and attentive to us and made sure we were taken care of. Very professional, fast and excellent customer service. Thank you.

  Rabih was my only contact at the bank when I enquired about a mortgage loan. Throughout the entire process he was more than patient with me. And I’m not kidding when I say that I probably called him 50 times. He was always available for me to talk to and ask questions. My wife and I are now in the process selling our home in Kansas and making the move to Apopka. Rabih was key in making this all happen. He was always available and always the gentleman. Mike Loggans

  Follow up I spoke to someone else about the incident and they could care less. This institute has gone belly up. I do not recommend this institution at all. I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 20 plus years. They have dropped the ball several times. In August I paid via debit visa for my mom’s funeral live streaming. Fraud prevention (automated service) notified me, which I gave at that time the ok for the purchase. I later learned it did not allow payment. On the day of the funeral no streaming was done, due to non payment. I was not notified via email or text that the payment was not made by either party. It was so devastating to my brother, who waited for the funeral service while confined to the nursing home , due to Covid-19 that he would not speak for a while. I called the credit Union with the incident and I was told payment is not guaranteed and they were sorry. Most recently I called again to report my closed card and the incident. At that time I was given another apology. The Second incident I experienced is my card was closed over the weekend. I was told I was called from fraud protection to verify a purchase, but was unable to be reached. I am investigating that call via my phone carrier, because I have no record of a call; nevertheless, there is no number on the website for fraud protection nor is it on the ATM card. This Credit Union has been in service long enough to have a 24 hour line for customers. I was told by the assistance they will look at the fraud protection number being placed on the website. I do not recommend this financial institution customer service can be poor.

  Hello, my name is Paulo and yesterday I went to the Orlando Federal Credit Union branch located at 945 S Orange Ave. I went because I was looking to refinance my vehicle and not only they provided me the best interest rate, but most importantly, I was served by a very charming, professional, and well explain gentleman, and I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Mark Batzel for providing excellent customer service. Mark Batzel is someone any company would be lucky to have them working for them. He exemplifies amazing interpersonal skills with the customer.   Used Orlandol Credit Union to pay my car note every month. One occasion I went into your bank and Kimberly took my car note I gave her cash and she did not count the money I gave her and put all of it towards my car note. When I asked her for my change she stated that she did not know I need to get change back. when it distinctly showed on the paper that I wanted my change back. Another occasion markia was servicing in a white gentleman without mask when I walked into the bank, and as soon as I walked up to the counter she looked at me and tell me that I need to put a mask on because she might get in trouble I looked at her and I said really you service a white guy without mask but I'm a black woman and you have the nerve to try and give me a mask. The customer service at your branch in Orlando needs improvement.
