  Waiting for a banker or financial support....there a 3 here...2 have customers and the other woman has no one in here office. She came out to get a piece of paper off the printer...then back to her office. The tellers stated she was waiting on her 4pm appt. They were late. I arrived before 4pm!!these people at this location have poor customer service....!HOWEVER JASMINE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! THNX JASMINE @ MILBRANCH LOCATION!! She was AWESOME

  Sat waiting to speak to someone Monday. After about 20 minutes I spoke to a lady. She couldn't help and said I should be getting a phone call from her within 48 hours. It has now been 4 days and no call on an important issue.

  Building is laid out funny but very nice. Entrance is in the rear. Nice friendly tellers. Very patient when I had an issue. Transaction was fast and smooth.

  Applied for loan and need to talk to management about something. Was told I would get a phone call and I'm still waiting after a week I even called them stay on hold 40 mins only to leave my name and # and I'm still waiting guess I will stop by if management is there on Saturdays

  This is a pitiful excuse for a bank!! I waited in line for the bank to open and then when it finally opened which was "Late" opening might I was told that the lane I was in they could not service me in because she said she couldn't open the drawer. Every time I come to this location it's some mess! I'm really reconsidering pulling all my funds and putting them into another bank.

  These pll are money hungry pll I really hate u got a car loan with them they very disrespectful don’t care about they customers but money even if u paying ur car payment and can’t keep full coverage auto insurance they still threaten u come get the car I pray god deal with these pll because truth of the matter do on two others has u want others two do two u I wouldn’t recommend enybody come two these pll they are very unprofessional they need be put out of business !!

  Terrible service! Couldn’t complete the tasks I needed to do with the bank teller so had to sit and wait for one of the desks. Waited for an hour and no one served me. Girl just sat on the phone then disappeared.

  Horrible customer service! Only one person handling customer support. .....on a Friday. ...at the first of the month!!!!! Poor customer service is never acceptable!

  No location for their Mississippi customers. Only locations available are in Memphis.
