Ciara Tolliver1The ATM at this location did NOT have any money in it and it did NOT have the red flashing light at the cash dispenser to let me know, so it never gave me my $300 and now First South is giving me a hard time because I don't have an account with them. I was using my Navy Federal Credit Union card so I figured using a fellow credit union ATM was fine. DO NOT GO HERE !

Dawana Guice2This bank operates like no other banks. First, every thing is done through the drive throu! Crazy! Second, certain things can’t not be done unless a manager is there which is understandable however, it’s not extremely inconvenient to wait in line to only have the rep say 5 mins after waiting that you have to come back because the manager is in lunch break!! What in THE WORLD!!! First South is definitely not the credit union for me!!!

God's Grace1Drive-thru Teller’s are always super rude and always seem to have an attitude when I pull up. 😕 Hope Management gets their staff more training in customer service.
