  I’ve been a member of OFCU since the early 1980s. I’ve always felt they were progressive with the adoption of tech, which allowed me to live far from a branch. Service has been excellent. Recently I applied for the maximum available Home Equity Loan. Responses to my initial inquiry & follow-on questions was prompt & very helpful. The process was straightforward and went smoothly from end to end. Including wire transfer to payees. Emily S was especially helpful, shepherding me throughout. Great service and financial products!

  Emily is one of my favorite bankers! I started a credit repair journey a few years ago, right about the time I got Oregonians Credit Union! She has given the best advice she has handled all of our vehicle loans, travel trailer, our business accounts and personal accounts! Emily has always given honest helpful advice for us to get where we want to be with our accounts and Credit building! She goes the extra mile for her customers and is a complete Rockstar! Hands down one of the best in the business because of her we moved an hr away from our home branch and kept all our business at Oregonians! Everyone we ever come across has been awesome and trustworthy! Love this bank.

  I called Oregonians Credit Union to get information about canceling an extended warranty on an auto loan I had elsewhere. I was directed to a loan officer (Emily S) and I ended up refinancing the auto loan with Oregonians - cutting the loan rate in half and taking a year off the remaining term! Emily - thank you so much for the great service; I really appreciate your experience, insight and guidance!

  If I could use more stars I would. I have had a checking/savings account with Oregonians Credit Union since early 1980, plus having Auto Loans & Home Equity Loans. My children were set up with an account also in the 1980s. Lastly, my father was an employee of the parent company for 38 years before his retirement. Early on, I learned how to use the telephone to transfer money from my accounts, but just in the last 12 months I've learned how to do Online Banking. This is a great, homegrown company. The employees are fully trained for all aspects of banking needs.

  What a friendly, welcoming, and encouraging place to bank. So different from the corporate experiences at those other places. I'm proud to bank with Oregonians and their staff is always so helpful.

  Way better service than any other financial institution or credit union than I’ve ever experienced! Andrew walked me through every step and was available to answer all my questions. Plus, my interest rate for my truck is super low!!! I recommend Oregonians Credit Union to anyone looking for awesome service and great rates. Can you believe they pay me for using my debit card?!? Woohoo 🙌

  Love the folks at the Milwaukie branch. They are always friendly and call me by name when I come in. They are helpful and eager to help any way they can. There have been personnel changes over the years and I see these qualities in everyone.

  Jennifer went above and beyond with helping me accomplish everything that was needed. Top notch customer service. Went the extra mile to make everything easy and attainable. I’d highly recommend goin through Oregonians for any of your banking needs. If I could give 6 stars, I totally would. Jennifer made the whole experience a pleasant experience. Would go through the process again just for the stellar service.

  I have never been a huge fan of dealing with banks, as my experiences have usually been painful ones. I am thrilled to say that Stacey has been a breath of fresh air and has made my experience at the Oregonian nothing short of amazing. From opening up my new checking account, to recommending and opening my new secure credit card, and even taking the time to go through my credit report with me step by step and coaching me on how to build my credit. Stacey has been such a huge help and has made me feel like my financial goals are finally achievable. Thank you Stacey! You have made me an Oregonian member for life!

  Best bank EVER!!! Im so glad i got my car loan thru them!! They are always there for you no matter the issue and they try to always help you in any way possible!! Will probably finance cars thru them permanently!!! If i could i would give them 10 stars!!! Shout out to Samantha R. Best representative ever!!!
