  This is my third time purchasing a home and it has been by far the easiest process when it comes to getting approved for a loan. Ricky was very professional; he offered guidance on things to monitor with my credit and what items could potentially impact negatively my credit score. Ricky explained all the options thoroughly and in a way that it's easier to understand. While other lending companies were struggling to work with me because half salary/ half comission. Ricky and his team were able to find an alternative for us. I'm always traveling with my work, however Ricky made himself available to assist us during and after hours, and work with me to review/sign any paperwork electronically so I wouldn't have to take time off work to meet in the office. The process of buying a home can be very stressful, but Ricky and his team made it effortlessly for us while ensuring that we obtain the best interest rate. Very thankful for the service and will continue to use for future financing!
