  Theresa M was very helpful, when we had first applied for a home we were not quite ready. She was more than willing to give us her time and advice to help us be ready in the future. 10 months later we checked in and were ready to apply. She answered our questions and got back to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Our real estate agent also had a good experience working with her as well. I had two co workers recommend Theresa and I am very glad that they did. She has been great and I will recommend her to my friends and family when they are ready as well.

  Theresa worked very hard to make this home purchase happen. My loan had many moving parts and was frustrating on so many levels that had nothing to do with Theresa’s ability to control those particular outcomes. Theresa did her best to keep all part moving and to keep me in formed. Theresa is on point with her return communication, and cares about you as a person and not just a costumer. This transaction was the second time I used Theresa for my housing transactions, and I would not hesitate to use her again. She is that good at her job!

  We have used Theresa as our loan officer for a couple of different occasions and she is such a delight to work with! She really listens to her clients, and knows her stuff. She also has the ability make home buying or refinancing go smoothly with very little stress. We seriously can't say enough wonderful things about her!
