  This is the nicest Bank I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been Banking for many years in business and personal and they are the best. They were so courteous and helpful and professional in every way. I like small local Banks and this one has all the services of the large chain Banks but without the coldness. You won't be making a mistake using this Bank. My best experience ever.

  I was looking to build my house in Roseburg. I needed a construction owner/builder loan. The other banks would not even talk. OPB loaned me what I needed and were easy to deal with. If you need a local bank, this should be your choice. You're a name not just an account number.
