Lena1I am so glad the young gentleman in US Bank, no long seen in the US Bank, Garden Valley branch. I hope he got fired from job already. He acts like a tyrant!

Jonathan Woody1Why would anyone use wire transfers anymore? It's like faxing vs. Scanning nowadays. After a week of run around from US Bank I get an appointment to wire money and then told I don't have proper ID because I'd recently submitted for a "real ID" through DMV so I could fly, and only had the other which was not expired but had been punched. Offered to come back in an hour with proper ID and he said he was too busy the rest of the day. This was 10 am. I run my personal and business accounts here, but service is so low and branches are closing each year that it's now worth the hassle to move elsewhere. And I'll simply send my wires in crypto currency, took 5 minutes and didn't have to dance to my banks. There's zero chance the future includes these banks as they are now.

Mr. Green1Going inside this branch is always a slow process. They don’t seem to care you have other things to do. 3 customers in line today 4 supposed employees working takes 25 minutes before you make it to the counter, But for some reason if you’re in the drive-through you can get a quick service just not if you have to go in, makes no sense.

Lanice Tsai1US Bank Garden Valley employees are so absentminded. They treat customers like piece rocks. Too bossy to treat customers. Too much red-tape to follow their demands. I asked question. They careless to figure out their problems. Too much suffer to deal with US Bank Garden Valley branch.

Skye5Hands Down the best customer service of any bank. Hopefully you have the pleasure of working with Angela Tatom. She goes out of her way to make sure customer's are taken care of. The tellers are extremely efficient and at the same time so friendly. You will not be disappointed banking at this location.

scruffythepuffy1I had a bank teller butt into some affairs that wasn't any of her affair, I called this teller out on it, and called her nosey, the teller then accused me of yelling. i had a very bad experience. Obviously this is just for "positive" reviews. Positive reviews don't negate the poor customer service this branch excels in. These reviews are a joke. I reckon big corporate banks don't have to be accountable for their employees behavior.

I know their lobby is closed and they probably laid off some people but there is no reason to have a bank line 22 cars long when I get there that takes 2 hours to get to the window. I'm just trying to pay my rent with a deposit slip. Bad experience.. they also said the other branch is open. So we went there and they are closed. Made me wait even longer.

NSCALE OUTpost45ACP1Very poor system of long lines and wasted time. Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes just to be told to pull around front and had to wait yet again to have my transactions processed. Very disappointed in the quality of service.
