  They aren't good in Roseburg promise you one thing and mean another. Low payment for calendar year this month gave it to her and she didn't send it through. August is when. Said she will say late payment and I was promised by two others August. So she purposely is giving me bad credit. I'm a senior in and the cc cos. Are real good and help me

  They send you a letter, unsolicited, saying that you're PRE-Approved for $□□□~□,□□□ (A RANDOM AMOUNT) and when you go in to the office they inform you that they're so sorry but you don't qualify for any loans. They even go so far as to mail you a printed CHECK WITH YOUR NAME ON IT AND WHATEVER AMOUNT YOU ARE "PRE-APPROVED" FOR... Stay away from people like these they're not to be trusted. (😲If I remember correctly I couldn't be approved because I wasn't currently in debt with anyone else😬 LoL)

  Absolutely the rudest people I've ever had to deal with.....Horrible customer service I will never go through this company for a loan again... I cant even call to make a payment and not get treated that a dog... Roseburg is the worst and I've been through a couple loan offices never been treated so rudely...
