  Long waits at St. Andrews branch. I don’t go in to the branch very often, but when I do there is always long lines with only a couple tellers working on many customers problems. Today waited 38 minutes before I was helped.

  It has an excellent customer service the only datail is that when people is going for a large withdraw people behind can listen the conversation and for me its a little bit unsafe specially when its a large withdraw

  This location is actually their headquarters and where I have opened my accounts both times I have banked with OCCU. However, I have become dissatisfied with paying a monthly fee for my checking account, and being forbidden from photographing a unique architectural feature of another branch within Santa Ana. See my reviews of the other branch for details.

With our Basic Checking, the monthly service fee is waived when either: 1) Direct Deposit is enabled, 2) When the account has an average daily balance of $750, 3) For Members who have reached Premier or Platinum levels in our Relationship Rewards Program or 4) For Member ages 62+.   I am leaving a review for the wonderful service I received from Jennie Jacobson. She helped me with my refinance that just closed today. I can't begin to explain how thankful I am for Jennie. She is wonderful and follows your loan from beginning to the very end. I had talked to another loan officer from OCCU that said they couldn't help me but Jennie took the time to speak to me and look at the documents I sent to her and has answered each question I've had along the way. I am so happy to have been able to work with her and would recommend her without a doubt. Thank you Jennie and thank you OCCU for your service!

  I've been a client of theirs for 2 years now. Great customer service, friendly. They are always ready to give me all the information I need whether it's regarding my auto loan or my checking account. I recommend them if you are applying for or refinancing an auto loan. They saved me from the shady financial institution that was killing my bank account for not having credit prior.

  No stars for Orange County's Credit Union in 2019. Actually just one star, for the nice receptionist who helped me get to IT support. Reason for the low rating is the new app. Who rolls out an app that doesn't work? This app is at release version 19.0 on the night of release, and still has poor formatting, bugs and just poor execution. Due to the new mobile app, I am planning on closing my accounts with this bank. Mobile is a big part of my banking experience. I am sorry for the low score, but it was lower until I when in to the branch to get this app problem squared away.

  I love using OCCU. They are always extremely helpful, and the online system is a breeze. Plus, they have great rates and offers any time you need a loan.

  DO NOT COME HERE. THEIR SYSTEMS ARE EXTREMELY OUTDATED. I'll be closing my account after years. Things just got worse and worse. Porsha the manager and Mike were of absolutely no help.

  They're always very kind and helpful here. Which was surprising because I figured since I actually have an account with a shared branch and not them directly that maybe they might be more reluctant to help me but nope! They're awesome! I've gotten Yesenia as my teller several times and she's always so happy and nice!
