  Got a refinance loan on our home. Phil made things super easy and always answered our questions and kept us up to date on the progress. We were going to go with Churchill Mortgage originally since I am a Dave Ramsey listeners and he endorses them. They were very nice too but after talking to Phil and giving use many more options, we found a much better deal. We are so happy we went with Phil and Orange County Mortgage.

  Phil Arrabaca helped refinance my parent's VA loan. They thought they were going to be stuck with their high interest rate loan for a while and didn't think it was possible to refinance. My Mom was literally in tears when she found out they were approved. We were very impressed with Phil's attention to detail and how he communicated with us constantly to let us know where we were in the loan process and whenever there were any changes made, down to the last condition being signed off. My parents are beyond happy with their new loan and will definitely work with Phil again. Phil's knowledge, diligence and professionalism was on point.
