  I had great service! It was fast, easy and painless! Matt is awesome! He was very thorough and personable, and even made sure I understood every step of the process. I got a great low rate and had zero added debt! Talk about a TRUE and caring company and employee! You can tell that they really have a passion for helping people find what’s right for them.   I just closed on my refinance loan through TruRate Mortgage. The entire process took about two months from my first inquiry. Matthew Balkonis was my loan agent and helped guide me through all requirements. After our first phone call, he sent me a detailed, easy-to-read table of financing options followed by a Loan Estimate. The final numbers varied only slightly from the initial ones - absolutely no surprises on his end. Mathew was consistent with his communication with me - via text, phone, and email. I never felt lost in the application process. And TruRate's secure portal was easy to work within as I uploaded documents or downloaded their documents for my completion. The graphics clearly showed me where I was in the process and what documents TruRate was awaiting. This was an excellent experience. I am truly appreciative of Matthew's professionalism and knowledge, and I unequivocally recommend his services.

  True professionals. Gavin knows exactly what he's doing. He led me through the whole process, step by step. He was always happy to answer my questions, even the dumb ones. He has to be busy at his job, but he still took care of me like I was his only customer. I highly recommend these folks.
