  We've refinanced our home twice now with Mimi. She get great rates and has a no nonsense approach to getting everything done quickly. After having refinanced the first time, she reached out to us again to let us know rates had dropped and got us another great rate. Basically lowering our monthly payments and overall saving us thousands in the long run with minimal effort on our part. I've already referred Mimi to friends and highly recommend her.

  Mimi Le got me a great rate! Plus gave us lender credits which went to our closing cost! We almost didn’t pay anything for our closing cost. It’s a win-win. And it was super fast! She is straight forward and honest.

  It took a little longer than expected to close, due to some unexpected requests from the lender. However, Mimi was trying to get everything done, including my last minute request, professionally. I was so glad that my friend referred her to do my loan. And I would highly recommend her to anyone.
