  It honestly was easy and both young ladies were very kind and friendly. If I could I’d give them more than five stars. I highly recommend this exact store due to its professionalism and carful-ness of detail. Johanna the lead was especially helpful. Thank you

  Very long wait for service. There is always only one person in there to help you. Not very friendly and has the worst customer service

  Worst customer service I received from a young Mexican guy. He never smiled and looked like he was having a bad day. He did not explain anything to me and asked for my SSN and ran my credit. False advertising. They send you a letter in the mail adressijg you by name saying that you qualify for $1,500 loan and when you get there the employees tell you themselves that the letters are false advertising. Overall horrible experience. I tried dollar loan center instead and it was a great experience. Please don't waste your time with this bs company and go to Dollar center or Dollar tree.

  I think it depends on who help you. I was denied but my husband was approved. I give them 5 stars because we really needed the money after my husband's work injuries left him in a wheelchair.
