  Great location, wonderful staff. Karina Ramirez Is very knowledgeable and provides optimal customer service and professionalism!!! Highly recommended location for a smooth and easy loan process and transaction. I will definitely return to this location should I find myself in need of monetary assistance.

  So I applied for a loan online. The description said paid same day, so that’s what made me go with them. I submitted my app and received a phone call shortly after saying details were missing. The guy kindly walked me through it and submission was complete. I was approved, and in the wording said submitted by 2pm payments would take 24 hrs to receive. I call next day and another guy says it could take 1-3 business days to process to your account. As of 5:13pm, NO FUNDS. I needed a flight to catch for my moms funeral but no funds to get there now. Very disappointed. Had I known I would have to wait so long I would have gone through another loan company. The guys was exceptionally helpful in walking me through the process, but I’m stuck now!

  You DO Not get your Check on the same day..(being approved and everything!) FALSE ADVERTISING.Beware!!!! It's all a run around

  I went in to get some information on some loans. The associate, Veronica, was very helpful and very patient. She took the time to explain to me what it takes to apply and what it takes to make the payments. She was very knowledgable! Overall it was an awesome experience and she has great customer service!

  I went in to learn about the loans. Veronica was very knowledgeable and informative. She was extremely helpfull and patient. I know I had a lot of questions for her, but I'm glad she took the time too answer them with such respect and kindness. Although i didn't get a loan, the information was more than useful. I know people only want to put out the negatives, for I work a lot with customers myself, so again I want to give out a big thanks to Veronica.

  The girls are very knowledgeable just they sound like robots when giving information and during applications. But service is good. Time management and reseting the clock on customers is why there wasnt a 5 star rate.

  This is by far the best loan company in Vegas if you don't have good enough credit to go to a bank. Only 40% APR nobody else is even close. Dollar Loan Center is the next best at 199% APR. I have no problem paying them back they helped me out tremendously.
