  They are always close or on break Last Saturday I went to make a payment at Buena Park place around 3:30, there was a sign “ I went to break I’ll be back at 4:30” so I decided to come back another day Today, Monday, I went around 3:00 pm, there was a sign saying “ I’ll be back in 10 minutes, I came back 30 minutes after and the sign saying that they were going to be back in 10 minutes was still there Then I came back again 30 minutes after, and now there was a new sign saying that they went to break and were going to be back in an hour. ?????? 😡 What a waste of time, !!!they are always on break!!!! If you can’t attend your business, just put anounce that you are close, and stop making people waste their time What a negligent service

  I feel disappointed in Oportun because it does not have the same efficiency to solve a payment posting problem, make a payment on March 15, today is already April 12 almost the month, and I have not yet had a resolution of the posting on my balance It is depressing that at the time of charging if they are very punctual but to solve the problem they do not provide the same service. 🥲😩😭 I do not recommend for not giving priority to this matter since it affects your credit history and they do not worry about it.
