  the people in time finance are VERY RUDE and UNPLEASANT to talk to, and if one month late in payment they want to reposes your car. people there treat us like if we owe them something personally, that is NOT the way to do customer service, I've done that type of job and was NEVER that rude. STUPID PEOPLE!!!!!!

  Rude people.. k.u.n.t.z.. Alex will run into the wrong people... As a dick he is only on the phone.. he won't come out.. place says they will repo your car. Replace the plates.. don't tell them cover your vin# w a card so they can't verify your vin# and they can't take a car w out verifying the plate and vin#....

  You guys charged almost 12k for a 2009 Honda Accord which worth was only 3k. Wouldn't recommend, supposedly "nothing" was wrong with the car when we got it. PFFFFT YEAH RIGHT. Needed a wheel alignment, it kept burning the oil. That might as well be a negative star ☺️ Rip off place, for crappy cars

  I HONESTLY CANT SPEAK FOR ANYONE ELSE, BUT AS FOR ME BEING ONLY 10 MONTHS WITH TIME FINANCE THEY HAVE DEFINITELY BEEN WORKING WITH ME AN MY HARD SHIPS.! I ALWAYS SPEAK TO LESLIE SHES BEEN SO GOOD TO ME AN MY WIFE. HONESTLY IF YOUR LATE ON A PAYMENT THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU WE WERE LATE ON OUR PAYMENT A FEW TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS WORKED WITH US.

  This company employs rude people with no customer service skills. I had to argue with Loe just to make a payment and Alex omg o wont even begin to say how rude and disrespectful they are.. I asked to speak to the manager and how convenient theres no manager available

  Very great company and have had no problems with them at all. The cars and trucks I bought at dealership have been great. Very good customer service.

  I've never had a problem with this company or their staff. These bad reviews mostly seem to be coming from people that are behind on payments. Use that fact however you would like.

  I call to many times and they so rude with me especially the First Lady that I talk with she didn’t give me her name I asked her and she said with who you want to talk ..she should said mi name is(((((()))))) yesterday 11/7/19 Isabel she was nice and professional at what she is doing they should have more people like Isabel .....thank you Isabel great job
