  I am new with open road and so far no problems. Shelby Young help me with my approval process and I felt she did an awesome job. She was very helpful,and a delight to work with. It went through Rawhide Harley Davidson. I love my Harley! The only thing I didn't like is not knowing the interest rate till you where done and signing the paperwork. Yes they have a high interest rate.

  I have to say that Shelby Y made this a great experience. From first contact to closing the deal. She was always very responsive and informative. They were also able to beat the rate and term offered by Harley directly. Highly recommend! 10 stars

  I had a very good experience working with Open Road Finance so far. They are fast and no bureaucracy. Kylie, who was my contact, was super responsive and professional. I haven't acquired the bike yet, but I'm quite satisfied with the credit approval process.

  This finance company is a joke. Try to refinance, bc was told I could, found out not in my state. Don't try to call them, another waste of time. Don't fall into there trap. Does not look good on the dealership when they stick you with a finance company like that.
