  Your search is over... OnTo Mortgage is a fantastic brokerage. I reached out to OnTo for a pre-approval with hesitation, only because of my past credit issues and quickly learned that I made the right choice. Not once did I feel embarrassed or judged with where I stood on my credit score and while I simultaneously searched for a home and improved my score, OnTo continuously answered my calls durring and after hours and always quickly got back to me with what I needed. The team got me a great rate and walked me through the loan application process as if it was their personal home mortgage. I can't give enough praise. I only hold back expressing how great they are for fear of sounding like a fake client! Don't search for a company with the most reviews and listen to the sincerity of others who left reviews like mine about OnTo. I'm set to close at the end of this month on a home that I never thought was a possibility. Thank you to the team I worked with, I hope your efforts are recognized internally at OnTo... I'm sure it is but just wanted to make sure!!!

  The entire OnTo team that I worked with was very responsive and worked fast. Brian Sexton was able to turn around a Pre-Approval letter within hours on the weekend, and Catalina Monroy was great to work with on the application. They were even able to get me to closing early whih helped my family out a ton. I was very happy with their serices and would recommend them to anyone.

  We recently refinanced our house with OnTo Mortgage to take advantage of the great rates available. It was a quick and painless process and we were able to lock in our ideal rate immediately. What sets OnTo apart from the banks and other brokers we have used in the past is their outstanding team. The communication and help from Crystal Moralez our loan processer, and John Shannahan, loan originator, was exceptional. We frequently received quick replies to our questions & someone that picks up the phone when you call! It's a far cry from my experiences with the banks. OnTo Mortgage and its outstanding team is comprised of the type of professionals that you want to handle with the big moments in your life and I have already referred many friends and family to their services.

  6 weeks start to finish and quite honestly stress free. Everyone involved in the entire process made it an absolute breeze. Couldn't be happier with OnTo Mortgage and more specifically Dylan Menard and David Hanrahan for going the extra mile and answering all my questions, even the dumb ones, in a timely and professional manner. 10/10 would highly recommend.
