  I have used Rick and his team 7 times to either purchase or refi property. His team is fast, professional and courteous. I specifically worked with Pam and Maya who were both amazing! Rick and his team know their stuff, and make a complicated and painful process of gather paperwork and filling out information pretty easy. I recommend Rick to my family and friends when they talk about buying or refinancing - such a good company to deal with!

  Great experience working with Rick and his team. Referred to Rick and MSA Mortgage by our realtor Linda who has had years of positive experiences. They did not disappoint. We purchased new condo, prior to the sale of our home of 29 years, so we needed some additional support to cost effectively manage these time sensitive transactions.   My wife and I had a very positive experience with Rick and his team, especially Erin and Pamela. Everyone was super knowledgeable, responsive (even late at night when we ran into issues with the seller's attorney!) and were always helpful and patient. We worked with them to purchase our first home, so we needed a lot of education. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

  Rick and his team were very thorough, guiding us through all of the steps in the mortgage process as first-time homebuyers. His team was very responsive with the dozens of questions we had, giving us confidence about our loan. He even helped give us some advice on how we could slightly improve our credit scores to secure a better loan. Highly recommended!

  I would highly recommend MSA to anyone. What. A. Breeze. Every step of buying a house is incredibly stressful but they do a great job of mitigating some of that stress by being true partners with you. They have your best interest in mind and help overcome any hurdles that may come your way. My husband used them 6 years ago when he bought our first house and we used them again when we recently purchased our new house! You really can't go wrong. They are the best.
