  I love how their hours are clearly stated on the website and their door as 9am to 5pm. Yet here it is 4:10pm on 4-14-22 get to the bank and it is locked up!!!!! Clearly they make up their hours day by day without no notification, cause there is no sign on the door as to why thwy are closed early! So frustrating, specifically got off work early to make it there before 5pm...waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!

We do understand the position it places you in, but sincerely thank you for being patient with us as we train on product, service and experience opportunities to assist you and our members. We will be open at 9am tomorrow (4/15). Due to the Good Friday holiday we will close at 1pm.   I've been with OnPath FCU since it has taken over ASIFCU. I have been with ASIFCU FOR 33 years. Great credit union.

  As a member of OnPath (ASI FCU) for over 30 years, I can verify that all my banking needs have been met and even exceeded by staff at the Covington branch. Members are greeted upon entering by smiling staff who answer any questions, offer help for any bank matters and assist with every issue possible. They make me feel like part of the bank branch family and I would never change my banking to any other financial group. OnPath is great.

  I went to this location's drive thru only to find out they have stopped accepting transactions for shared accounts as part of the credit union Co-Op program. There are no signs anywhere indicating that this is the case. This is a big problem because the ability to use other credit unions is important since there are only a few of any one credit union. It's deplorable.

  Hi Chad, we apologize for the the inconvenience but due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have temporarily removed our shared branching services. We understand your frustration and we hope to be back offering these services to you rather sooner than later.

  We tried to close an account we have had for years at this location. We were told that once a pending transaction went through it would close. Got a letter a month later saying it was overdrawn $28 for a overdraw fee. The transaction never posted but they charged for declining the payment. Tried to go in and pay with a card to close the account they said it’s $10 fee to pay the $28 over draw fee. Lol. Absolutely ridiculous. This bank is clearly trying their hardest to stay relevant in competition with real banks. Even if it means stealing. AND don’t think they will approve you for anything just cause you bank with a credit union. We have been approved for home loans and car loans through capital one with great interest rates but have always been declined through ASI. Canceling my account and canceling my mother’s as well. Absolutely horrible would not recommended to an enemy.

  The staff was nice but the bank needs to reconsider charging to cash their own checks. Account holders already pay maintenance fees and the extra fee is overboard.
