  If you're having any doubts or fears about the home buying process, No need to fear when you Ray Jones and his team are here! Honestly one of the best recommendations we could've gotten from a previous client of theres! Ray was on top of everything!   Ray at One Trust Home Loans was amazing!! I had gotten pre-approved with a couple of Lenders, but Ray stood out the most. ANYTHING I needed, and I mean ANYTHING, Ray was there to help. I could call at any time of the day with questions, concerns, etc. and Ray was right there to make me feel reassured. It was an easy and smooth process working with Ray and his company. 10/10 recommend if you ever need a lender!!!!!!!!!!!

  This is the second loan that Ray at OneTrust Home Loans have completed for me in the past six months. He and his customer support person, Patti were awesome to work with. I never had to question where we were in the process and everything was completed without any in person contact other than signing the loan docs with the notary. Ray and Patti went above and beyond in helping me to resolve a previous issue that impacted the closing of my loan. I highly recommend Ray Jones at One Trust Home Loans!

  We refinanced with Ray for a second time and he was extremely helpful in putting a plan together that best suits our needs. He presented a good better best plan which made it easier for us to make a decision. I'm a curious person and sent him too many emails to count and he always responded promptly and kept the communication going during the process. A pleasure to work with and would recommend Ray to anyone looking for a loan officer.

  This guy is AMAZING! He helped me with my first home purchase Sept 2019. He is a fountain of knowledge. Answers questions, returns phone calls, and answers emails without hesitation. He breaks things down to you in a way that you will understand! He will check all avenues and all possibilities and he will have your back all the way until the end. I searched for a while before I found Ray. There is too many people out there that do not know what they are doing. Ray has the experience and the knowledge to meet your needs. I'm really happy with Ray! I wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
