  I answered a phone call from them. The guy began manipulating me, trying to make me feel bad, stupid, for not agreeing in advance to take out a loan with him. I realized this was a con artist and told him I won't be taking out a loan with him. I then received numerous calls including at least one voice mail telling me I'd applied for a loan. I'm sure this is meant to instill fear, and it did. I wish all of these con artists would be put in jail. I guess they aren't because the ones making the laws are also con artists and don't care; as per psychopathy
