  I have had an amazing experience with Zinc! From the beginning everyone has been extremely kind, helpful and patient. Carlos Flores and Robert Cervantes are the best people to work with, they have gone out of their way to help me from the application process, random questions, all the way to recommending contractors and explaining the process with city permits in order to get the rehab up and running! Robert has also given me great insights to flipping homes and ideas for after the home is fully renovated. You won't find people like that anywhere! Zinc has the best caring people in the business. Would recommend 100%.

  “I had a great experience working with Zinc. Warren was great in this whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure my deal went through. He drove 3 Hours in his personal car to pickup loan docs so I could close on the day otherwise my deal would have been voided. Will 100% recommend him and Zinc Financial! Looking forward to more business in the future”

  WORST EXPERIENCE! I used Zinc to purchase my first home. They have not been forthright with what they initially promised (first offered 10% down @7.99 then it became 15% @11.99) the staff NEVER ANSWERS when you call. They delayed my escrow several times which needed up costing me a lot of extra money. I would not recommend them to anyone.
