  These people want to charge you arm and a leg but they wouldn't give you the time of day I walk into one place they gave me 1100 for 88 a month one main finance don't waste your time trash

  Chastity was awesome. Helped me out with my loan. I've been a customer for quite a few years now and I have always been happy with One Main customer service.

  Well the staff was respectable but the service offered was just short of robbery. I applied for a loan after being pre-approved through credit sesame. Nothing was mentioned about refinancing my vehicle. I was just looking for a loan which I thought I was approved for. When I got there and the numbers were revealed to me, they wanted to refinance my truck which I only owed 9600.00 on my current loan. They wanted to give me a loan at 25% 8% higher now that my credit score is much improved.. They wanted $10,000.00 !!!!!! in interest payments for 56 months. This is just wrong and should be illegal, be careful, watch out and work your numbers before signing with this bunch.

  we really appreciated the great customer service...in particular of Ms. Tasha it was a weekend and she was willing to stay on the phone until all my questions were answered and my loan was paid in full !

  The process is fast and you will receive you funds quickly, however, the interest rates are usurious and I will only use them as a means to avoid a Payday loan. Your payment history with them has no bearing on their credit decision to give favorable terms and it feels that their only consideration I'd to determine the maximum interest rate they can legally charge and the best security they may obtain to secure the loan. Should be a last option to obtain financing.

  Disappointed that I had a refinance and wasn't properly notified that they were going to do it. I wanted another loan just for some extra money for they holidays, I received a call saying loan was approved. So the was I found d out is I was checking my balance on the car loan and it went back up after a year of good standing payments and my payments went up. Anyone who refinance anything would expect lower payments, I just feel like I was robbed.

  Store relocated to a new location. It's over by the Jason's Deli and OctaPharma Plasma center. This is a great opportunity to get a loan and improve your credit.

  Staff was super friendly, could have been a tad more thorough with the necessary documentation. Otherwise great experience.
