  Always crying about their parking when they definitely barely have any traffic at their store at the last hour. I wonder if the property management know how many cones they place with their company name and how many times they cry to security about it. Mind you they can’t tow or write you a ticket.

  Shopped online on their eBay store, and received excellent customer service. Communication was fast and friendly, and I was able to find an item that I had been looking for in better condition than most of the other options on eBay! Jade was courteous and offered me local pick up. The store itself is super organized. I have never seen such a clean pawn shop. Everything was categorized, and easy to browse. The manager Nick, and all the other employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be back to shop again!

  I have shopped in the store and online, and I have had a great experience in both. The staff is awesome, though there are two individuals I would like to mention in particular. Nick is the Store Manager, and he is courteous and profession at all times, and extremely knowledgeable regarding just about everything! Jasmine is in charge of online sales, and she is also very professional and helpful. She is prompt with online responses and my transactions with her were handled quickly and smoothly. All in all I would highly recommend this pawn shop over any other in town!

  Jade went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect gift for our anniversary at a great price! Excellent service and very friendly employees! The manager Nick was also extremely professional and helpful. We will be back for this experience!

  I had the absolute worst time trying to find a an anniversary gift for my lady at other pawnshops. No service or knowledge. Until i came across alamo pawn. When i was online i corresponded about a keyboard with Jade and decided to stop in and check it out. It was in even better condition than listing and Nick the manager was pleasant curious and knowledgeable. I left with an amazing gift and an even better experience. Thank you guys so much!

  I was looking for a computer but didn't want to pay those high prices for a new one, so I stop-by Alamo Pawn and Jewelry. They had fair amount of computers, more Laptops than Desktops, but all of there computers were fairly New, not like some Pawn Shops that only have computers that are scratch-up, broken pieces, or missing keys. The Staff was Great, they have a Specialist that answered all my questions and even help me pick-out a computer that could handle all my work. I think the Specialist went beyond then what any regular Sales Person would have done. I got such a Great Deal that I will definitely go back for anything else I'll need in the future.

  GUARANTEED to give you the most for your item, I took my rolex to a few of the corporate places and they didn’t even come close to what alamo offered me! also when i said i couldn’t be there that exact day to make a payment i called and they worked with me instead of just pulling my item immediately.

  Got an awesome deal! The people are nice and friendly, too. I'll be back before I go to the "Chain Store" pawn shop, again! (argh) I wish I would have found them sooner. Great location, too! Thanks Alamo Pawn and Jewelry.
