  Brogan is the best!!! I kept getting denied, and what it seemed to me scammed back to back. I tried one main financial through money lion and Brogan called me to see if I wanted to move forward. Hesitant but because of Brogan’s energy and integrity I felt comfortable with providing information. Not know how I was going to make ends meet she helped me a lot and then some. I really appreciate Brogan and all her help. Definitely will be calling her if I ever need to refinance or need advice. I appreciate you thank you again!!!

  Applied and was approved for a secure loan using my car title as collateral. When I called to tell Steve I had changed my mind he asked me if I had “why - and did I have another vehicle or motorcycle” to use instead. When I said no, he asked why I didn’t want the loan? I told him I’m not willing to risk losing my only mode of transportation. He then promptly retorted “well if you don’t pay your current car loan, which I’m sure you have, they will come and take your car so what’s the difference?” He continued to be rude and push the secured loan that I no longer wanted soI hung up on him. Totally unprofessional and rude.

  I wish I could give no stars!!!!! Horrible Service!!! Brain and Steve I was “approved “ for a loan and wanted to add my husband when I spoke to Brain there was no type of concern to help me or help me understand the process. When he called my husband to get his information my husband was even blown away by his disrespect and disregard to help us over talking him not giving him a full explanation to what was going on. I believe it is our right to ask questions as to what is going on with our application. Mind you this is our second attempt to do business with them the first time we worked with Steve and his attitude was even worst when we called to check on the process of our application the tone of his voice was as if he was irritated with me when he promised me a call back first thing in the morning noon rolled around and there still was no call made to us!!! WE WILL NEVER try this company again 1st impressions are everything and they do not do a good job at giving a good one!

  My wife has always had great service with this company until recently. We took out a loan and spoke with Brian Cramer at the Tallmadge branch. I spoke with him on the phone deal was set. I was leaving town he said I could sign papers at the branch located in the city I was traveling to. I get there and was told no that I needed to sign at the same time as my wife and could've been done online, in which I wasnt told this. Then when my wife got to his branch to sign he had set the loan up to refinance her car for $17,000.00 the loan we wanted was $6,000. He lied to my wife and said he had discussed that with me, he did not discuss it with me. We had asked for an unsecure loan initially and he was trying to work it around for his benefit. So why he changed to a secure loan without us knowing this seemed pretty devious. Luckily my wife wasnt an idiot and caught it. So it was changed to an unsecure loan for $6,000. He had also told my wife that the loan she had would be paid and added to this loan. Then called her a couple of weeks later and told her that was overdue. I will not deal with Brian Cramer again he is manipulative and a liar. He tries to scam ppl into more than was agreed upon.

  I took a loan out, had a stroke a couple of years later. This office has been Great! Im still making my payments, but they are a great group of people to work with and very accommodating including the main branch as well.

  Shawn was pretty great to work with. I typically hate being on the phone but the entire service was enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

  Shawn is just the best, he's very helpful and professional. You can tell that he really takes pride in what he does! He does not pressure you to make decisions and he keeps things really honest with you. I've been with OneMain for awhile now, and every time I talk to them, it's a great experience.
