  A wonderful experience they really come through for you. Todd was completely professional while being friendly and making you feel at ease. I highly recommend One Main Financial.

  You would be better off with a payday loan. OneMain Financial has such poor customer service that it rivals Comcast. Also, they lie about loan terms. They play the old switch-a-roo under the premise of "oops, I made a mistake on that one", sign this too it says the same thing, etc. They have you sign on a computer signature pad so you never see the loan terms and they lie about them. They told me my loan payment would be $112 a month, but it's $112 twice a month. I have it automatically withdrawn from my account, but OneMain intentionally draws it late every payment and charges a late fee. Their website says they answer all emails within 48 hours. It should say we never answer emails. EDIT: below they ask me to email them. If they answered their emails, I would have given them more stars!

  Everyone at this location has been EXTREMELY nice and honest with me. They did all they could to get me approved and did so for 3x the amount I needed which helped me even more!! I absolutely recommend My representative was Sam Guerrier. He was so kind and attentive and made sure the loan was handled the way I WANTED!!! This branch is by far amazing and I will definitely be using them in the future again!!

  This the second time I used them first time was okay this time it has been a month for a debt consolidation loan and I my creditors still aren't paid and now they want their money too. I call and get nothing but a run around. Save yourself the major headaches and trouble and avoid this place!!!

  Todd (Cape Coral office) was extremely helpful and professional. The process was very smooth and I felt comfortable with all of the terms and requirements. I highly recommend this product.

  Sam at the Cape office was very helpful I applied online and approved He got me in same day went over everything throughly and honestly with me, this loan was able to save me in a very hard time. Thanks!

  On October 23rd, I received aan email,asking to call ,I did .Todd is the man who I was speaking with,let me mention I submitted everything asked for Oct.23rd. It's November 2nd, I've yet to hear from Todd, not an approved or sorry not approved I'm happy , because if this is the way OneMain Financial conducts business, I don't want any part of it..so Thank you Todd for NOT DOING YOUR JOB.

  Unprofessional... Andre was the young man my husband and I went to see and it was a complete waste of time. He told us we were preapproved and even had us come into the office to bring and sign papers for the loan to then tell us we were not approved after all.... Left the office confused and upset as it was his explanation seemed to not make any sense to us! Everything happens for a reason. I think I may have even dodged a bullet🙏 BE CAREFUL!!!!!!
